预印本平台与开放期刊协同发展机制研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]对预印本平台和开放期刊发展现状进行分析,梳理预印本平台与开放期刊的发展历程,在技术革新和学术交流范式变革的背景下,预印本平台和开放期刊作为开放科学交流方式,正在相互融合,通过合作共赢,形成更加开放、包容、高效的科学交流生态。[方法/过程]运用案例分析的方法对不同场景下预印本平台与开放期刊的协同发展进行研究,包括学科领域内的预印本与开放出版协同发展生态研究、出版社推动的预印本服务生态研究和预印本融入论文数据库生态研究。[结果/结论]通过对二者协同发展的特点进行分析可以得知,预印本平台与开放期刊协同发展参与主体具有多样性、合作具有互补性、发展具有稳定性等特征;对预印本平台与开放期刊协同发展生态机制提出推进策略:出台相关即时开放政策,推动预印本平台与开放期刊协同发展;融入学术社区与论文“数据库”系统,构建开放学术交流体系;建设国家开放获取基础设施,实现科学共同体学科化运营;遵循国际标准,完善预印本与开放期刊发布发表衔接流程。[Purpose/Significance]This paper analyzes the development status of the preprint platform and open journals,and sorts out the development process of the preprint platform and open journals.Under the background of technological innovation and academic exchange paradigm change,the preprint platform and open journals,as open scientific exchange methods,are integrating with each other,cooperating and achieving win-win results,and forming a more open,inclusive and efficient scientific exchange ecology.[Method/Process]The collaborative development ecology of preprint platform and open journal under different scenarios was studied by case analysis,including the collaborative development ecology of preprint and open publishing in the subject field,the ecological research of preprint service promoted by publishers and the ecological research of the integration of preprint into paper database.[Result/Conclusion]Through the analysis of the collaborative development characteristics of preprint platforms and open access journals,it is observed that the participants exhibit diversity,collaboration is complementary,and the development is stable.To promote the ecological mechanism of synergistic development between preprint platform and open journals,the following strategies are put forward:relevant immediate opening policies are introduced to promote the synergistic development of preprint platform and open journals;Integrate into the academic community and paper“database”system to build an open academic exchange system;Construct national open access infrastructure and realize scientific community’s discipline-based operation;Follow international standards,improve the integration process between preprint platforms and open-access journals for seamless publication.
