摘　　要：[目的/意义]数字资源已成为图书馆资源建设的主导,其价格不断上涨是长期困扰图书馆资源建设的难题。后疫情时期,图书馆普遍面临财政拨付减少、用户需求增多的矛盾,进一步加剧了数字资源建设的困境,亟需明晰引发价格波动的因素,探寻应对策略。[方法/过程]采用文献调研法,将现有数字资源价格研究凝练为“垄断说”“定价方式说”“博弈说”等8种观点,并从内外因素的角度展开述评。按照认知心理学自然逻辑模型分类,在判定一致性、区别性、连贯性信息条件后,得出数字资源价格浮动是由个体和环境因素引起的,且个体因素是主因。[结果/结论]应在“垄断说”“定价方式说”“行业环境说”的基础上探索应对策略,图书馆需提升谈判人员价格研究能力,强化图书馆联盟在价格协调方面的作用职能,在开放科学背景下积极支持开放出版新模式。[Purpose/Significance]Digital resources have already domain the library resource construction which has long been troubled with the rising price problem.In the post-epidemic period,library is generally faced with the contradiction situation of decreasing financial allocation as user demands increasing,which further aggravates the dilemma of digital resources construction.It is urgent to distinct the factors that triggered price increases and explore the strategies to deal with them.[Method/Process]By literature research,this paper condensed the present digital resource price research findings into eight views which included“monopoly theory”“pricing method theory”“game theory”and so on,then reviewed them from the perspective of internal and external causes.According to the classification of the natural logic model of the attribution theory from cognitive psychology after judging the information conditions of consistency,differentiation and consistency,this paper concluded that the price fluctuation of digital resources was caused by individual and environmental factors,which individual factor was the main cause.[Result/Conclusion]We should explore countermeasures from enhancing the price research ability of library negotiators,strengthening the library alliance’s function in price coordination,and supporting new open publishing mode in the context of open science base on“monopoly theory”“pricing method theory”and“industry environment theory”.
