摘 要:目的:介绍一种基于三维(3D)模拟软件(Rhinoceros)建立后交叉韧带(PCL)重建术中胫骨隧道的3D模型并测量胫骨隧道相关参数的方法。方法:采集4名健康志愿者的膝关节CT数据,利用Rhinoceros软件建立膝关节3D模型,并模拟PCL重建术中3种不同角度的胫骨隧道并测量隧道的相关参数,隧道与胫骨平台所成角度分别为45°、50°、55°。结果:成功建立PCL重建术中胫骨隧道的3D模型,可基于Rhinoceros软件从任意角度对模型进行观察,并准确测量胫骨隧道的重要参数。结论:基于Rhinoceros软件模拟胫骨隧道用于PCL重建术前规划的3D手术模型成功建立,该项技术能准确直观地模拟PCL重建手术过程,展示胫骨与胫骨隧道的解剖结构和空间关系,可以为术者提供准确的隧道参数用于术前规划。Purpose:To introduce a method for establishing the three dimensional(3D)model of the tibial tunnel for posterior cruciate ligament(PCL)reconstruction based on the 3D modeling software(Rhinoceros)and measuring the parameters of the tibial tunnel.Methods:Four healthy volunteers who underwent CT scan of knee joint were selected in this study.The 3D knee model was established on the Mimics software based on the CT data.Rhinoceros was used to simulate different tibial tunnels in PCL reconstruction.The angle of the tunnels related to the tibial plateau were 45°,50°and 55°,respectively.The related parameters of the tibial tunnels were measured.Results:The 3D surgical model of the tibial tunnel in PCL reconstruction was successfully established.The location of the simulated tibial tunnel was consistent with that during the PCL reconstruction.This 3D surgical model could be observed from different angles based on the Rhinoceros software,and the parameters of the tibial tunnel could be measured accurately.Conclusion:The 3D surgical model for preparing the tibial tunnel in the PCL reconstruction was successfully established by using Rhinoceros software.This technology could be used to accurately simulate the PCL reconstruction process,and to present the anatomical structure and spatial position of the tibia and tibial tunnel.Surgeons could use this technique to obtain accurate tibial tunnel parameters for preoperative planning.
