摘　　要：目的:探讨心理干预在头颅增强磁共振成像中的作用。方法:选取100名行头颅增强磁共振成像检查的脑肿瘤患者,随机分为干预组和对照组(各50人),对照组按照常规磁共振检查流程进行,干预组在行头颅增强磁共振检查前对患者进行心理干预(通过宣教方式讲解磁共振的成像特点、设备噪声提示、检查中的注意事项、对人体影响),对比2组患者检查中的运动伪影发生率、平均心率、患者满意度。结果:干预组较对照组运动伪影发生率低12%(P<0.05)、平均心率低25次/min(P<0.05)、患者满意度高22%(P<0.01)。结论:在行头颅增强磁共振成像检查前对患者进行心理干预可有效提高患者满意度,并有效降低运动伪影发生率和缓解患者紧张情绪。Purpose:To explore the role of psychological intervention in enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of the head.Method:One hundred patients with brain tumor who underwent enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of the head were randomly divided into intervention group(50 patients)and control group(50 patients).The control group were examed according to the conventional magnetic resonance imaging process,and the intervention group received psychological intervention(mission explanations including magnetic resonance imaging features,equipment noise tips,attentions,impacts on human body)before the enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of the head.The movement artifact incidence,average heart rate,patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of movement artifacts in the intervention group was 12%lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the average heart rate in the intervention group was 25 beats/minute lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the patient satisfaction in intervention group was 22%higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Psychological intervention for patients before the enhanced magnetic resonance imaging of the head can effectively improve the patient satisfaction,effectively reduce the incidence of motion artifacts and relieve patient tension.
