摘 要:软骨细胞是力学敏感细胞之一,其对压力、张力、剪切力均比较敏感。软骨细胞可通过力学敏感通道来感受周围微环境的变化,从而调控细胞的各项生理功能,维持软骨的健康和稳态。流体剪切力是组织液于压力负荷驱动下在人体各种细胞表面流动产生的一种流体源性的机械力,可影响软骨细胞的形态发生、骨架重塑、代谢、增殖与凋亡等多种细胞生理过程。长期不对称的力学刺激将导致软骨退化和破坏,最终引起骨关节炎等疾病的发生。本文就流体剪切力对软骨细胞代谢、软骨细胞表型、软骨细胞的凋亡及软骨影像的研究进展进行综述,进一步探索骨关节炎发病机制,为治疗提供理论基础。Chondrocytes are one of the mechanosensitive cells,which are sensitive to pressure,tension,and shear stress.Chondrocytes can sense changes in the surrounding microenvironment through mechanosensitive channels,thereby regulating various physiological functions of the cells and maintaining cartilage health and homeostasis.Fluid shear stress(FSS)is a fluid-derived mechanical force generated by the flow of tissue fluid over various cell surfaces in the body driven by pressure loads,which can affect a variety of cellular physiological processes such as chondrocyte morphogenesis,skeletal remodeling,metabolism and apoptosis etc.Long-term asymmetrical mechanical stimulation will lead to cartilage degeneration and destruction,eventually causing diseases such as osteoarthritis(OA).In this paper,we review the literature on the effects of FSS on chondrocytes,and explore the regulatory role of FSS on chondrocytes to further study the pathogenesis of OA and provide a theoretical basis for treatment.
