摘　　要：低硫石油焦是石油焦的一种,是石油炼化的副产品,主要通过延迟焦化工艺生产,产品广泛应用于电解铝、钢铁冶炼、新能源以及电储能等行业。在可调循环比的延迟焦化工艺流程中,可通过调节循环比、加热炉出口温度以及反应压力来控制低硫焦的收率和质量。提高低硫焦产量、优化低硫焦生产工艺,对于保障下游行业的健康发展、减少对进口的依赖具有重要意义。Low sulfur petroleum coke is a kind of petroleum coke,which is a byproduct of petroleum refining and chemical industry.Low sulfur petroleum coke is mainly produced by delayed coking process.In the delayed coking process with adjustable cycle ratio,the yield and quality of low sulfur coke can be controlled by adjusting cycle ratio,furnace outlet temperature and reaction pressure.It was of great significance to increase the production of low sulfur coke and optimize the production process of low sulfur coke.
