摘  要:为了得到准确的螺旋锥齿轮数字孪生体模态参数,通过螺旋锥齿轮的模态试验,得到了自由模态的模态频率、模态振型、频响函数;计算了自模态置信准则度矩阵(Auto MAC),各阶模态相关性很低,表明模态试验提取的模态振型具有较好的准确性。以各阶试验模态频率为目标,修正螺旋锥齿轮的物理属性并进行模态仿真,得到自由模态的模态频率、模态振型、频响函数。与模态试验结果对比,最大模态频率偏差为1.235%;计算了试验与数字孪生体模态振型的互模态置信准则度矩阵(CrossMAC),表明数字孪生体模态振型与试验模态振型具有较好的一致性;试验和仿真频响函数对比进一步验证了数字孪生体模态分析的准确性。对数字孪生体的模态仿真不仅可以辨识出由于试验条件限制无法测试出的模态参数;通过试验与仿真模态振型Cross MAC与试验模态振型的Auto MAC对比,还可以识别出试验误差较大的模态参数。试验和仿真对比分析表明本文方法构造的螺旋锥齿轮数字孪生体模型是准确的,可以解决由于试验条件限制测不全和测不准的问题。In order to extract the model parameters for the digital twin of spiral bevel gear accurately,the model test for the spiral bevel gear is performed to obtain the model frequency,model shape,and frequency response function of the free model.The calculated self-modal assurance criterion matrix(Auto MAC) proves that the modal vibration pattern extracted by the modal test is accurate.The physical properties of the spiral bevel gear are refined to approximate the test modal frequencies of each order.Furthermore,the modal frequency,modal shape and frequency response function of the free mode are obtained by modal simulation.Compared with the modal test results,the maximum modal frequency error is 1.235%.The cross-modal assurance criterion matrix(Cross MAC) for the test and digital twin modal shapes are calculated,showing that the digital twin modal shapes are in close agreement with the experimental modal shapes.The comparison of test and simulated frequency response functions further validated the accuracy of the modal analysis of the digital twin.The modal simulation of the digital twin can not only identify the modal parameters that cannot be tested due to the experimental conditions;by comparing the experimental and simulated modal Cross MAC with the experimental modal Auto MAC,the modal parameters with slightly large experimental errors can also be identified.The comparison of tests and simulations demonstrates that the spiral bevel gear digital twin model constructed is accurate,and can solve the problem of measurement inaccuracy and inability due to test condition constraints.
