摘 要:目的 探究正常听力儿童事件相关电位(event related potential,ERP)中P1波及失匹配负波(mismatch negativity,MMN)随年龄增长的变化规律以及听觉皮层的发育情况。方法 招募2~11岁儿童,在排除听力问题后,于隔声室内静坐进行听觉诱发电位测试。分析随年龄变化P1波以及MMN的振幅和潜伏期的发展趋势。结果 P1波以及MMN的潜伏期均与儿童年龄增长存在显著负相关,P1波的潜伏期在各年龄组间比较存在显著性差异,而MMN的潜伏期仅在2~3岁小龄组存在显著性延后。结论 伴随儿童年龄的增长,由言语声诱发的P1波和MMN的潜伏期存在逐渐缩短的趋势,听觉皮层的功能不断发育,因此在临床听觉康复中的效果应根据年龄进行评估。OBJECTIVE To study the development of P1 and mismatch negativity(MMN) of event related potential(ERP) which evoked by syllable sound with age increasing in normal hearing children and explore the maturity of auditory cortex.METHODS Children aged 2-11 years were recruited and divided into five groups according to age.After eliminating hearing problems,the subjects sat quietly in the sound-proof room for auditory evoked potential test.The development trend of P1 component and MMN with age were analyzed.RESULTS There was a significant negative correlation between the latency of P1 wave,MMN and the increase of children's age,besides there were significant differences between age groups in the latency of P1 wave.The delay of MMN latency was significant in the group of 2-3 years old.CONCLUSION Age growth in childhood has a significant impact on the latency of P1 and MMN.The functions of auditory cortex have development during the period of 2-11 years.Therefore,the effect of clinical auditory rehabilitation should be assessed according to age.
