摘 要:对某工业厂房井字梁楼盖进行现场动力特性测试,基于测试结果采用ABAQUS软件建立局部井字梁楼盖模型。研究简谐荷载作用下井字梁楼盖的振动特性,提出增加井字梁楼盖刚度的几种减振加固方案。结果表明:通过增加梁高、板厚和新增次梁,楼盖竖向振动峰值加速度均可减小。其中增加梁高方案中同时增加主次梁高度效果较好;新增次梁方案中将次梁布置在设备支座处减振加固效果明显。The dynamic characteristics of a cross beam slab in an industrial workshop are tested.Based on the test results,ABAQUS software is used to establish a local cross beam slab model.The vibration characteristics of the cross beam slab under the action of simple harmonic load are studied and several vibration reduction schemes to increase the stiffness of the floor slab are proposed.The results show that the peak acceleration of vertical vibration of the floor can be decreased by increasing of beam height,plate thickness and adding secondary beam;in the scheme of increasing beam height,the effect of increasing the height of primary and secondary beams at the same time is better;in the newly added secondary beam scheme,the secondary beam is arranged at the equipment support and the vibration reduction effect is obvious.
