摘　　要：首钢五一剧场位于北京市首钢北部园区的冬奥广场片区,建于1975年,是首钢园区重要的文化建筑遗存,具有重要的文化价值,建设单位要求按照历史保护建筑修缮的原则对其进行加固改造,要求原貌保留建筑四周外立面砖墙。根据检测鉴定报告,既有结构综合安全性等级为Deu级,在后续使用年限内严重影响整体抗震性能,须立即采取措施。本工程采用内侧置换改建的加固方案,原貌保留四周外立面砖墙,拆除内部构件,并在保留砖墙内侧新做钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,新做楼(屋)盖荷载均由新做结构承担,既有砖墙仅作为围护墙体使用,同时新做结构对保留砖墙平面外起到支承加固作用。为减少对保留砖墙及其基础的扰动,舞台和观众厅新做结构基础采用人工挖孔桩+横向扁担梁,周边辅助用房基础采用纵向双夹梁+横向扁担梁。通过以上措施,原貌保留了四周外立面砖墙,实现了新老建筑的合理衔接,对以后工程有一定的借鉴意义。Shougang May Day Theater,located in the Winter Olympic Plaza of the northern part of Shougang Industrial Park,was built in 1975.It is an important cultural building relic and has important cultural value.The client requires to retain the original appearance of external brick wall.According to the structure comprehensive safety appraisal report,the comprehensive safety grade of the existing structure is Deu,which means it may have bad seismic performance in the continuous working life,and measures should be taken immediately.Considering all factors,only the external facade brick wall is retained,the internal components are removed,and a new reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure is built inside the retaining brick wall.The floor load of the new building is borne by the new structure.The existing brick wall is supported by itself under the action of gravity,while it is supported by the new structure under the action of the wind and earthquake.For the new foundation of stage and audience hall,the manual digging pile and transverse pole beam are adopted.For the foundation of surrounding auxiliary buildings,the longitudinal double clamping beam and transverse pole beam are used.By taking the above measures,the original appearance of external brick wall has been retained,and the reasonable connection between the new and old buildings has been realized,which has certain reference significance for future projects.
