基于Caprini风险评估模型的护理主动服务模式在门诊护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究并分析基于Caprini风险评估模型的护理主动服务模式在门诊护理中的应用效果。方法随机选取2021-03~07月在作者医院门诊部就诊的共计130例非预约首诊患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组65例,对照组患者实施普通护理服务模式,观察组患者实施基于Caprini风险评估模型的护理主动服务模式,对比两组患者满意度、挂号时间、缴费时间、分诊准确度、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)得分数据,进而分析比较两种护理模式的效果。结果(1)实施基于Caprini风险评估模型的护理主动服务模式组患者的满意度为92.31%、分诊准确度为95.38%;实施普通护理服务模式组患者的满意度为78.46%、分诊准确度为87.69%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)实施基于Caprini风险评估模型的护理主动服务模式组患者的挂号时间和缴费时间分别为(3.3±1.6)min、(9.8±4.1)min,实施普通护理服务模式组患者的挂号时间和缴费时间分别为(8.2±2.1)min、(15.8±7.4)min,观察组患者的挂号时间、缴费时间与焦虑评分均明显低于对照组患者,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Caprini风险评估模型的护理主动服务模式运用在门诊治疗当中,可以显著提高患者满意度和分诊准确度,缩短患者的挂号时间和缴费时间,降低患者就诊焦虑,值得在门诊治疗中推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the application effects of active nursing service model based on Caprini risk assessment model in outpatient nursing.Methods A total of 130 non-appointment patients were randomly selected from the outpatient department of author′s hospital from March 2021 to July 2021.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 65 in group,the patients in the control group were implemented the general nursing service model,and the patients in the observation group were implemented the active nursing service model based on the Caprini risk assessment model.The satisfaction rate,registration time,payment time,triage accuracy,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and other data of the patients were used to analyze and compare the effectiveness of the two nursing modes.Results(1)The satisfaction rate and triage accuracy of the patients in observation group who implemented the active nursing service model based on the Caprini risk assessment model were 92.31%and 95.38%respectively;the satisfaction rate of patients who implemented the general nursing service model was 78.46%and the triage accuracy was 87.69%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)The registration time and payment time of the patients who implemented the Caprini risk assessment model based on active nursing service model were(3.3±1.6)minutes and(9.8±4.1)minutes respectively,the registration time and payment time of the patients who implemented the general nursing service model were(8.2±2.1)minutes and(15.8±7.4)minutes respectively,the registration time,payment time and anxiety score of the patients in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the active nursing service model based on the Caprini risk assessment model in outpatient treatment can significantly improve the satisfaction rate and triag
