男性不育症中医辨证存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：通过对《中药新药临床研究制定原则》《新编实用中医男科学》《中西医结合泌尿外科学》《男性不育症中西医结合诊疗指南》和统编教材《中西医结合外科学》《中医外科学》,以及近20年来学术界对男性不育症(MI)辨证情况构成的比较分析,发现权威文献之间、学术文献之间、权威文献和学术文献之间的辨证差异性较大,同症异名、同证异名的现象屡见不鲜,严重阻碍了规范辨证的发展。文章揭示了MI中医辨证存在的诸多问题,并提出重新规范辨证的思路与方法。Through the comparative analysis of the Principles for the Formulation of Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines,the New Edition of Andrology of Practical Chinese Medicine,the Urology of Integrated Chinese And Western Medicine,the Guide to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Male Infertility and the Textbooks Surgery of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and Surgery of Traditional Chinese Medicine,as well as the composition of male infertility(MI)differentiation in the academic community in the past 20 years,it is found that there are great differences in differentiation between authoritative literature,between academia,between authoritative literature and academia,and the phenomenon of the same disease and the same name is common.This seriously hinders the development of normative dialectics.The article reveals many problems in the identification of MI in TCM,and proposes ideas and methods to re-standardize the identification.
