摘　　要：时辰医学是对生命和疾病昼夜节律变化的有效刻画,也是中医辨证论治的微观立足点。肿瘤作为一种昼夜节律紊乱性疾病,现代医学从时钟基因、代谢免疫等层面阐释了昼夜节律紊乱导致肿瘤发生发展的过程。文章通过对阴阳消长、营卫循环等理论还原,进一步发现两种机制的“四阴四阳消长”与“时钟基因节律性表达”、“营卫余弦振荡”与“代谢免疫节律变化”等存在互通互用之处。文章将基于时辰医学,试阐释整体观下肿瘤发生背后的时间联系,为肿瘤的临床治疗提供新视角。Shichen medicine is an effective description of the circadian rhythm of life and disease,and it is also the microscopic foothold of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and treatment.Tumor is a circadian rhythm disorder disease.Modern medicine has explained the process of circadian rhythm disorder leading to tumor occurrence and development from the aspects of clock genes and metabolic immunity.Through the reduction of the theory of yin-yang fluctuation and ying-wei circulation,the article further found that the two mechanisms of‘four yin and four yang fluctuation’and‘clock gene circadian oscillation’,‘ying-wei cosine oscillation’and‘metabolic and immune rhythm change’are interlinked and interoperability.Based on Shichen medicine,this article will try to explain the temporal connection behind the tumorigenicity from a holistic view,and provide a new perspective for the clinical treatment of tumors.
