摘  要:目的:分析不同生长期红芪药材无机元素、异黄酮成分与土壤无机元素的变化特征。方法:收集不同生长期红芪药材及土壤样品,测定红芪药材4种异黄酮成分含量,红芪药材及土壤中无机元素含量,基于主成分分析(PCA)、偏最小二乘法判别分析(PLS-DA)及相关性分析等化学计量法对生长期红芪药材有机成分与无机元素含量进行分析。结果:不同生长期红芪药材4种异黄酮成分及K元素含量有显著性差异(P<0.01);土壤Mg、Fe、Zn、Co元素含量有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);土壤Ca、土壤Zn元素与红芪异黄酮成分显著正相关(P<0.01),药材K元素与红芪异黄酮成分、土壤Mg、Fe元素呈显著负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),药材Ca与土壤K元素,药材Mg与土壤Mg元素呈显著正相关(P<0.05);K元素、毛蕊异黄酮、毛蕊异黄酮苷和芒柄花素为不同生长期红芪药材的差异性代谢物。结论:有机成分与无机元素结合可以更科学、合理地评价不同生长期红芪药材质量。Objective:The change characteristics of inorganic elements,isoflavones and soil inorganic elements in Radix Hedysari at different growth stages were analyzed.Methods:The contents of pistil Isoflavone Glycoside,anthocyanin,pistil isoflavone and anthocyanin were determined,the contents of inorganic elements in Radix Hedysari and soil were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS),combined with principal component analysis(PCA)and partial least square discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)and correlation analysis were used to analyze the contents of organic components and inorganic elements of Radix Hedysari in different growth stages.Results:There were very significant differences in the contents of pistil Isoflavone Glycoside,anthocyanin,pistil isoflavone,anthocyanin and K elements in different growth stages(P<0.01),and there were very significant differences in the contents of Mg and Fe elements in soil(P<0.01),there was significant difference in the contents of Zn and Co(P<0.05),there were positive significant correlations between medicinal material K,soil Ca,soil Zn and Hedysarum isoflavones(P<0.01),there were negative significant correlations between medicinal material K and soil Mg,Fe,Hedysarum isoflavones(P<0.05,P<0.01),and there were positive significant correlations between medicinal material Ca and soil K,medicinal material Mg and soil Mg(P<0.01).K,Pistil isoflavones,pistil glycosides and formononetin were the different metabolites of Radix Hedysari in different growth stages.Conclusion:The combination of organic components and inorganic elements can evaluate the quality of Radix Hedysari in different growth periods more scientifically and reasonably.
