摘　　要：既往对《史记·扁鹊仓公列传》中所载的仓公淳于意的25个医案研究较少。仓公淳于意是扁鹊学派的杰出传人,对脉法颇为重视,文章依据部分医案对仓公的脉诊法进行解读,试论其脉法与有历史记载的寸口脏腑分布诊法、扁鹊阴阳脉法的关系,并论述其内涵。研究结果表明仓公的脉诊具有综合性,融合了寸口脏腑分布诊法、扁鹊阴阳脉法、全息脉法等体系,并吸取了部分《黄帝内经》脉法的精华,精确地指导临床用药以及对疾病预后的判断。There are little researches on the 25 medical cases of Cang Gong CHUNYU Yi recorded in Historical Records:Biography of Bian Que Cang Gong.Cang Gong Chunyu Yi is an outstanding successor of the Bianque School,and attaches great importance to pulse method.This article interprets Cang Gong’s pulse diagnosis method based on some medical records,and tries to discuss the relationship between Cang Gong’s pulse method and the historical records of Cunkou zang-fu distribution diagnosis method and Bianque’s yin-yang pulse method,and discusses its connotation.The research results show that Cang Gong’s pulse diagnosis is comprehensive.He combined the Cunkou zang-fu distribution diagnosis method,the Bianque yin-yang pulse method,and the holographic pulse method.And absorbed some of the essence of the Huangdi Neijing pulse method,accurately guide the clinical medication and judgment of disease prognosis.
