运用“三部八法”治疗卵泡发育异常经验

摘　　要：卵泡发育异常必然导致排卵障碍,是导致妇女不孕最常见的原因之一,然而西医目前对卵泡发育不良的具体发病机制尚不完全明确。尤昭玲教授自创“三部八法”治疗卵泡发育异常:三部即“暖巢、助泡、宣散离巢”,八法即“大则敛泡、小则扩泡、快则减速、慢则加速、少则增泡、多则灭泡、扁则充泡、位异移泡”。治疗上,尤教授提出时空论,充分结合女人如花似水之特性,在助卵汤的基础上加减化裁,用于临床,疗效颇佳,有较好的临床指导意义。Follicular dysplasia development inevitably leads to ovulation disorders,which is one of the most common causes of infertility in women.However,the specific pathogenesis of follicular dysplasia in western medicine is not completely clear.Professor YOU Zhaoling has created‘three parts and eight methods’to treat follicular dysplasia:‘three parts’are‘warming the nest,helping the bubble,dispersing and leaving the nest’,and eight methods are‘large astringing the bubble,small expanding the bubble,fast decelerating,slow accelerating,less increasing the bubble,more extinguishing the bubble,flat filling the bubble,and shifting the bubble’.In terms of treatment,it puts forward the theory of time and space,fully combines the characteristics of women like flowers and water,and adds and subtracts on the basis of Zhuluan Decoction,which is used in clinical practice with good curative effect and good clinical guiding significance.
