“四步预培法”治疗复发性流产经验

摘　　要：文章根据复发性流产的病因病机,结合临床实践,总结章勤教授运用“四步预培法”治疗复发性流产的经验。“四步预培法”包括“流产后清畅胞宫-备孕前预培其损-备孕期循期取候-妊娠期培元安胎”4步。章教授之“四步预培法”并非单纯注重孕前调理,于4步各时期治疗皆寓预培其损之意,其合理运用使冲任气血和调,以培本固元,夯实基础,常取不俗疗效。According to the etiology and pathogenesis of recurrent miscarriage and combined with clinical practice,we summarize professor ZHANG Qin’s‘four steps preculture’theory for treating recurrent miscarriage.This theory includes different methods of medication for the four periods of‘post-abortion-pre-conception-pregnancy preparation-pregnancy’.Professor ZHANG Qin’s‘four steps preculture’theory does not only focus on pre-conception conditioning,but also has the therapeutic intention of preventing miscarriage in all four periods.This theory enables the harmonization of qi and blood to strengthen the foundation and consolidate the essence.It often has good curative effects.
