从心肾论治盆腔炎性疾病经验探微

摘　　要：秉承国医大师夏桂成教授“心(脑)-肾-子宫轴”理论学说,文章主要介绍了从心肾论治盆腔炎性疾病。周惠芳教授临证30余年,根据其多年临床实践经验,审因施治,认为本病急性期以下焦湿热瘀辨之,治以清热解毒,化瘀止痛为主;缓解期以肾虚为本,正气不足,治以温肾宁心,调周固本为主。在药物治疗的同时尤为注重心理疏导,自拟清利化瘀方和灌肠方,标本兼治,临床疗效显著。Adhering to XIA Guicheng’s theory of‘heart(brain)-kidney-uterus axis’,this paper mainly introduces the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases by the heart and kidney.Professor ZHOU Huifang has been engaged in clinical practice for more than 30 years.She based on her years of clinical experience and administering treatment according to cause,believes that in the acute stage of pelvic inflammatory disease is dampness,heat and blood stasis due to scorching under,the treatment should be based on clearing heat and detoxification,removing blood stasis and relieving pain.In the remission stage,kidney deficiency is the foundation,vital qi weakness,and mainly treated by warming the kidney and calming the heart,regulating menstrual cycle and strengthening the foundation.At the same time of drug treatment,professor ZHOU pays attention to psychological counseling,self-made qinglihuayu formula and enema formula,treatment both symptoms and disease,which has achieved satisfactory clinical efficacy.
