国医大师邹燕勤从“防治养”整体观论治IgA肾病

摘　　要：国医大师邹燕勤教授指出IgA肾病(IgAN)多因禀赋异常、体质虚弱,或感受外感六淫之邪所致,故提倡预防为先;其最常见证型为气阴两虚夹湿、热、瘀,西医治疗有其局限性,进行积极的中医药干预,疗效显著;在平稳期加以中医药养护,可明显延缓进入尿毒症的进程,故提出了从“防治养”整体观论治IgAN,拟探讨一个适合我国现阶段国情的慢病管理模式,并将这医疗模型加以推广。Professor ZOU Yanqin,master of traditional Chinese medicine,pointed out that IgA nephropathy is mostly caused by abnormal endowment,weak constitution,or feeling the evil of exogenous,so prevention is advocated;The most common type of syndrome is deficiency of qi and yin combined with dampness,heat and blood stasis.Western medicine treatment has its limitations and active intervention with traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable effect.Maintenance with traditional Chinese medicine in the stable period can significantly delay the process of entering uremia.The treatment of IgA nephropathy from the holistic view of‘prevention and treatment’is proposed to explore a chronic disease management model suitable for China's current national conditions,and to popularize this medical model.
