摘　　要：回纹型风湿病(PR)是一种以关节及关节周围组织红肿热痛间歇性发作为特点的炎性疾病,时发时止,无明确规律性,痛无定时,痛定如常,部分患者后期还可能发展为类风湿性关节炎(RA),因此在临床上受到广泛关注。文章通过介绍温成平教授对PR中医病因病机的认识,对其治疗经验进行总结。温教授认为PR是由于素体正元亏虚,营卫不固又复感风寒湿之邪,触动内在伏邪发病,属本虚标实之症。治疗时宜分期论治,发作期宜祛风通络,胜湿通痹止痛;间歇期宜益元调营,开达透邪除痹。温教授临证用药皆遵此法,疗效显著,对PR的中医药诊治有重要的借鉴意义。Palindromic rheumatism(PR)is an inflammatory disease characterised by intermittent episodes of redness,swelling and pain in the joints and peri-articular tissues,which may develop into rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in some patients.This is why it is of great clinical concern.This article summarises professor WEN Chengping’s experience in the treatment of PR by presenting his understanding of its TCM etiology and pathogenesis.Professor WEN believes that PR is caused by a deficiency in the body’s normal elements,a lack of strengthening of the battalion and the body’s defences,and the onset of the disease due to wind,cold and dampness.During the interval,it is advisable to benefit the vital energy and regulate the ying,so as to open up the evil and remove the paralysis.Professor WEN has followed this method in all his clinical cases and the results are remarkable,which has important implications for the diagnosis and treatment of PR in Chinese medicine.
