基于朱丹溪“六郁”论治复发性口腔溃疡研究

摘　　要：复发性口腔溃疡(RAU)发病率居口腔黏膜病的首位,反复发作,迁延难愈,病程分为形成期、发作期、稳定期3个阶段,文章通过阐释六郁的理论内涵与RAU的病机联系,发现RAU的发病机制与朱丹溪“六郁”病机理论密切相关,提出气郁是RAU形成期的病机特征,痰郁、湿郁、食郁、血郁是RAU稳定期的潜伏病机,火郁上扰是RAU发作期的直接病机,治法上认为发作期以解郁清火为主,重在解郁,次在清火;缓解期以理气解郁为主,重在理气,次在解郁,并举病案供读者参考。The incidence of recurrent aphthous ulcers(RAU)ranks first in oral mucosal disease.It recurs repeatedly and is difficult to recover.The course of the disease is divided into three stages:formation stage,attack stage and stabilization stage.The author explained the relationship between the theoretical connotation of six depressions and the pathogenesis of RAU,and found that the pathogenesis of RAU is closely related to ZHU Danxi’s‘six depressions’pathogenesis theory.Stagnation of qi is the pathogenesis characteristic of RAU formation period.Phlegm stagnation,stagnation of dampness,stagnation of food,stagnation of blood are the latent pathogenesis of RAU stable period,and stagnation of fire is the direct pathogenesis of RAU attack period.In terms of treatment,it is considered that the attack period is mainly to remove stagnation and clear fire,focusing on removing stagnation,followed by clearing fire,and the remission period is mainly to regulate qi and remove stagnation,focusing on regulating qi,followed by removeing stagnation,with a medical record attached for readers.
