摘　　要：北豆根为防已科植物蝙蝠葛(Menispermum dauricum DC.)干燥根茎,是我国传统中药。迄今为止累计从北豆根中分离鉴定的化合物有171种,其中生物碱类成分最多,此外还含有挥发油、糖类以及少量木质素类、酰胺类、醇类、酚类、内酯类、蒽醌类、香豆素类、脂肪酸类等化学成分。药理作用研究发现北豆根具有抗心律失常、抗心肌缺血、抗脑缺血、抗血栓、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化等作用,在治疗心血管类疾病、抗肿瘤等方面前景广阔。本研究对北豆根的化学成分,药理作用进行了综述,为北豆根的深入研究和规格等级划分提供参考。Menispermi Rhizoma,the dried roots of Menispermum dauricum DC.,is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine.So far,171 compounds have been isolated and identified from Menispermi Rhizoma,among which alkaloids are the most.In addition,there are some volatile oil,sugar and other chemicals.It has been found that Menispermi Rhizoma has resisting arrhythmia,resisting myocardial ischemia,anti-cerebral ischemia,antithrombotic,antineoplastic,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial effects,etc.It has broad prospects in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases and anti-tumor.This article reviewed the chemical constituents and its pharmacological activities of Menispermi Rhizoma in order to provide scientific basis for further research,rational development and utilization of Menispermi Rhizoma.
