浅析《千金方》妇人病病名特点及分类

摘　　要：《千金方》对妇人病的贡献不仅体现在诊疗思想上,更体现在对疾病体系的整体把握。文章通过整理分析《千金方》妇人病的病名表达和分类,从疾病名和疾病分类的角度探讨了《千金方》在妇人病诊疗方面的成就,认为:《千金方》妇人病病名相对明确,并出现了病名概念的解释;疾病分类以妇人生理阶段为主要依据,同时补充并扩展了疾病谱;整体分类结构与现代疾病分类标准十分接近,疾病体系结构已初具规模,为后世妇产科学理论框架的形成提供了依据。The contribution of Qianjin Fang to women’s diseases is not only reflected in the thoughts of diagnosis and treatment,but also in the wholly grasp of the disease system.Through sorting and analyzing the expression and classification of women’s diseases in Qianjin Fang,this paper discussed the achievements of Qianjin Fang in women’s diseases from the perspective of disease name and disease classification,that is,the name of women’s diseases in Qianjin Fang is relatively clear,and there appears the explanation of the concept of disease name;The classification of diseases is mainly based on the physiological stage of women,and the disease spectrum is supplemented and expanded;The overall classification structure is very close to the classification standard of modern diseases,and the disease system structure has begun to take shape,providing a basis for the formation of the theoretical framework of gynecotokology in later generations.
