摘　　要：沟壑舌是仝小林院士在长期临床观察实践中所总结的典型舌象,其特点为幼年即发,长期存在,初发无明显症状和明确病因,但见舌体裂隙深重,遍布舌体,状若沟壑,而常伴见嫩舌。先天禀赋可能是沟壑舌的主要病因,病机与中医之脾肾虚损密切相关,初发虽无明显症状,但常与代谢性疾病、心血管疾病等相关。文章系统梳理、总结了沟壑舌之古今沿革及现代研究,对其中医之病名由来、病因病机,特征、发病机制及相关因素进行了全面讨论,为将来沟壑舌的深入研究与临床应用提供理论支持。Ravined tongue is a typical tongue symptom summed up by academician TONG Xiaolin in long-term clinical observation and practice.It is characterized by early onset and long-term existence.The initial onset has no obvious symptoms and clear etiology,but the tongue body fissure is deep and spread all over the tongue body,like a ravine,and the tender tongue is often accompanied.The formation of ravined tongue may be related to genes and heredity,which is closely related to spleen and kidney deficiency in TCM.Although there are no obvious symptoms at the beginning,it is often associated with metabolic diseases,cardiovascular diseases,etc..In order to comprehensively and deeply understand ravined tongue,this paper systematically summarizes the history and modern research of ravined tongue,and comprehensively summarizes the origin,etiology,pathogenesis in TCM,and characteristics,pathogenesis and related factors of ravined tongue in modern medicine,providing theoretical support for further research and clinical application of gully tongue in the future.
