针刀刺营疗法联合山腊梅叶颗粒治疗急性咽炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察旴江谢氏针刀刺营疗法联合山腊梅叶颗粒治疗急性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:按照随机数表法将70例急性咽炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组予以旴江谢氏针刀刺营疗法联合山腊梅叶颗粒治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者症状积分、炎症因子水平[C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]以及症状体征消退时间,比较两组临床疗效。结果:旴江谢氏针刀刺营疗法联合山蜡梅叶颗粒治疗急性咽炎的治疗总有效率为91.43%(32/35),显著高于对照组的71.42%(25/35)(P<0.05);治疗5 d后,治疗组症状、体征积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组较对照组咽痛、咽部灼热感、咽部黏膜充血症状持续时间均显著缩短(P<0.05);对照组与治疗组炎症因子CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:旴江谢氏针刀刺营疗法联合山蜡梅叶颗粒治疗急性咽炎疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xujiang XIEs’blood-letting acupuncture combined with Shanlameiye Granules in the treatment of acute pharyngitis.Methods:Seventy patients with acute pharyngitis were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group was treated with routine Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture therapy of XIEs’blood-letting acupuncture method combined with Shanlameiye Granules.The symptom score,the level of inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),TNF-αand interleukin-6(IL-6)]and the disappearance time of symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of XIEs’blood-letting acupuncture method combined with Shanlameiye Granules in the treatment of acute pharyngitis was 91.43%(32/35),which was significantly higher than that in the control group 71.42%(25/35)(P<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of pharyngeal pain,burning sensation of pharynx and disappearance time of pharyngeal mucosal hyperemia,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).In the comparison of inflammatory indexes of CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 between the two groups,the levels of inflammatory indexes in the control group and treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:XIEs’blood-letting acupuncture therapy combined with Shanlameiye Granules is effective in the treatment of acute pharyngitis,which is worthy of further clinical application.
