运气膏方治疗长时间疲劳的多中心随机对照双盲临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察运气饮片膏与颗粒膏治疗长时间疲劳的临床疗效,为颗粒膏的推广应用提供依据。方法:将120例长时间疲劳患者按照多中心双盲的原则随机分为对照组(60例)和试验组(60例)。试验组给予中药配方颗粒制备运气膏治疗,对照组给予中药饮片制备运气膏治疗,疗程4周。比较两组患者治疗前后中医症状积分、VAS评分、FS-14疲劳量表评分、FSAS疲劳自评量表评分及SF-36生活质量量表评分变化。结果:两组治疗后各时间点的中医症状积分、VAS评分、FS-14疲劳量表评分、FSAS疲劳自评量表评分及SF-36生活质量量表评分均较本组治疗前显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:运气颗粒膏方同饮片膏方一样能够明显改善疲劳,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of yunqi Yinpian ointment and granule ointment in the treatment of prolonged fatigue,so as to provide basis for the popularization and application of granule ointment.Methods:A total of 120 patients with prolonged fatigue were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and experimental group(60 cases)according to the principle of multicenter double-blind.The experimental group was treated with yunqi ointment prepared by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula granules,and the control group was treated with yunqi ointment prepared by traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.The course of treatment of both groups was 4 weeks.The changes of TCM symptom score,VAS score,FS-14 Fatigue Scale score,FSAS fatigue self-assessment scale score and SF-36 quality of life scale were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The TCM symptom score,VAS score,FS-14 Fatigue Scale score,FSAS Fatigue Scale score and SF-36 quality of life scale score of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The yunqi granules ointment can improve fatigue and quality of life as significantly as the decoction pieces ointment.
