摘 要:为了丰富苹果炭疽病用药种类,加强药剂轮换,降低抗药性风险,2020~2021年采用田间试验方法,以430 g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂3000倍液(有效成分用量143.3 mg/kg)、45%咪鲜胺水乳剂1000倍液(有效成分用量450 mg/kg)和80%福·福锌可湿性粉剂500倍液(有效成分用量1600 mg/kg)为药剂对照,以清水处理为空白对照(CK),对45%戊唑醇·咪鲜胺水乳剂2000倍液、1500倍液和1000倍液(对应的有效成分用量分别为225、300和450 mg/kg)处理的苹果炭疽病防治效果进行了评价。结果表明:试验用量条件下,45%戊唑醇·咪鲜胺水乳剂对苹果炭疽病的防效较好,其中1000倍液和1500倍液处理的防效均超过90%,二者差异不显著;2000倍液处理的防效接近90%。45%戊唑醇·咪鲜胺水乳剂3种用量处理的防效均高于430 g/L戊唑醇悬浮剂和45%咪鲜胺水乳剂2种单剂处理。45%戊唑醇·咪鲜胺水乳剂2000倍液的防效与防治苹果炭疽病常用药剂80%福·福锌可湿性粉剂500倍液的防效相当;而1000倍液和1500倍液的防效高于80%福·福锌可湿性粉剂500倍液。45%戊唑醇·咪鲜胺水乳剂各用量处理均未观察到药害发生,对有益生物无不良影响。推荐使用45%戊唑醇·咪鲜胺水乳剂防治苹果炭疽病,有效成分用量225~300 mg/kg为宜,可大面积推广应用。In order to enrich the types of apple anthracnose fungicides,strengthen fungicide rotation,and reduce the risk of fungicide resistance,field trials were conducted from 2020 to 2021 using 430 g/L tebuconazole SC 3000 times solution(effective ingredient dosage 143.3 mg/kg),45%prochloraz EW 1000 times solution(effective ingredient dosage 450 mg/kg),and 80%thiram·ziram WP 500 times solution(effective ingredient dosage 1600 mg/kg)as fungicide controls,and water as a blank control(CK),the control effect of 45%tebuconazole·prochloraz EW with 2000 times solution,1500 times solution,and 1000 times solution(corresponding effective ingredient dosages of 225,300 and 450 mg/kg,respectively)on apple anthracnose was evaluated.The results showed that 45%tebuconazole·prochloraz EW had a good control effect on apple anthracnose under the test dosage,and the control effect of 1000 times and 1500 times solution of tebuconazole o prochloraz EW was more than 90%,with no significant difference.The control effect of 2000 times solution was close to 90%.The control effects of the three dosage treatments of 45%tebuconazole·prochloraz EW were higher than those of the two single dosage treatments of 430 g/L tebuconazole SC and 45%prochloraz EW.The control effect of 2000 times solution of 45%tebuconazole·prochloraz EW was equivalent to 500 times solution of the commonly used agent 80%thiram·ziram WP for controlling apple anthracnose.And the control effect of 1000 times and 1500 times solution was higher than that of 80%thiram·ziram WP by 500 times solution.No harmful effects were observed in the 45%tebuconazole o prochloraz EW at all dosage treatments,and there were no adverse effects on beneficial organisms.It is recommended to use 45%tebuconazole o prochloraz EW for the prevention and control of apple anthracnose,with the effective ingredient dosage of 225-300 mg/kg.It can be widely promoted and applied.
