摘　　要：肠易激综合征(IBS)是临床上常见的功能性胃肠疾病,其中以腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)最为常见,严重影响人们的生产生活,其发病机制目前尚不明确,常规的西医治疗以药物疗法为主,例如抗痉挛药、止泻药、抗抑郁药、5-羟色胺3(5-HT3)受体拮抗剂、益生菌、抗生素等,然而上述疗法虽然能暂时缓解患者的症状,但是疗效并不持久,从而不能达到满意的临床疗效,有的药物甚至会发生严重的不良反应。针灸治疗以其简、便、效、廉的优点被越来越多的人接受和认可。从中医理论出发,探索腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的发病机制及其治则治法,以期为广大临床工作者提供理论指导,从而进行辨证选穴,提高IBS-D患者的临床疗效及预后。Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a common and highly prevalent functional gastrointestinal disorder,of which diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)is the most common.It seriously affects the productive life of people.The patho⁃genesis of IBS-D is still unclear,and conventional western medical treatment is based on pharmacological therapy,such as anti⁃tussive drugs,antidiarrheal drugs,antidepressants,5-hydroxytryptamine 3(5-HT3)receptor antagonists,probiotics,antibiot⁃ics,etc.However,although these therapies can temporarily relieve the symptoms of patients,the efficacy is not long-lasting,thus failing to achieve satisfactory clinical results,and some drugs may even cause serious adverse reactions.Acupuncture treat⁃ment is increasingly accepted and recognized for its advantages of simplicity,convenience,effectiveness and cheapness.The arti⁃cle explores the pathogenesis of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)and its treatment rules and methods from Chinese medicine theory,in order to provide theoretical guidance for clinical workers,so as to identify and select acupuncture points and improve the clinical efficacy and prognosis of IBS-D patients.
