通塞脉联合阴阳调衡透刺针法治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效以及对便秘的预防作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨通塞脉联合阴阳调衡透刺针法治疗中风后遗症及对便秘的预防作用。方法 将中风后遗症患者86例按随机-对照原则分两组,各43例。对照组予阴阳调衡透刺针法;观察组予以通塞脉片联合阴阳调衡透刺针法,6周为1个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、上下痉挛及NDS、肢体功能、后遗症期便秘发生率、便秘患者症状自评量表评分、后遗症期中医证候积分。结果 观察组总有效率95.35%,高于对照组81.40%,P<0.05。与治疗前比,两组治疗后上下痉挛评分、NDS降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,两组治疗后肢体功能评分均升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。后遗症期便秘发生率观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,治疗后两组患者症状自评量表评分、中医证候积分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 通塞脉片联合阴阳调衡透刺针法可改善中风后遗症,预防和治疗中风后便秘。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tongsaimai Tablet(通塞脉片)combined with Yin-Yang balance penetrating needling method in the treatment of stroke sequelae and preventive effect on constipation.Methods A total of 86 pa⁃tients with stroke sequelae were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group according to the randomized controlled princi⁃ple.The control group was treated with Yin-Yang balance penetrating needling method.The observation group was treated with Tongsaimai Tablet combined with Yin-Yang balance penetrating needling method and the treatment period was 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,upper and lower spasms,NDS,limb function,incidence of constipation in the sequelae period,symptom self-e⁃valuation scale score of constipation patients and TCM syndrome score in the sequelae period between two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the upper and lower spasticity scores and NDS of the two groups de⁃creased after treatment(P<0.05),and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the limb function scores of both groups increased after treatment,and the scores of the ob⁃servation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative constipation in the obser⁃vation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the symptom checklist scores and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongsaimai Tablet combined with Yin-Yang balance penetrating needling method can improve the sequelae of stroke,prevent and treat constipation in patients with stroke sequelae.
