摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerativecolitis, UC)以难治性、复发率高为特征。近年来,“未病先防”“既病防变”思想日渐深入人心。其中,“体质辨证”对于疾病的易感程度的预测、疾病的发展方向、治疗及转归甚至是预防起着重大的作用。笔者通过概述溃疡性结肠炎的中医病机,UC的易感证型、易感体质,以及UC易感体质“体质辨证”的方药干预,为进一步防治UC的提供新思路。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is characterized by refractory and high recurrence rate.In recent years,the ideas of"pre⁃vention before illness"and"prevention of pre-existing diseases"have become popular.Among them,"physical syndrome dif⁃ferentiation"plays an important role in the prediction of disease susceptibility,disease development direction,treatment and out⁃come,and even prevention.The author outlined the TCM pathogenesis of UC,UC susceptibility syndrome,susceptible physique and the prescriptions according to physique differentiation of UC susceptibility physique,providing new ideas for further preven⁃tion and treatment of UC.
