摘　　要：慢性结肠炎是指原因不明、非特异的大肠黏膜慢性炎症,因其肠镜图像及病理报告不符合溃疡性结肠炎诊断,故归属于初期轻型的溃疡性结肠炎尚无定论,从而在一定程度上限制了临床用药。慢性结肠炎作为一种多发病、常见病,临床表现多种多样且轻重不一,病程缠绵者,严重影响患者的生活质量。刘兴山教授认为,慢性结肠炎病因复杂,脾虚肠实、寒热错杂为其重要病机。刘兴山教授运用中医综合疗法治疗慢性结肠炎伴脓血便经验丰富,口服中药综合调理患者体质,中药灌肠疗法直达病所、见效迅速,内外兼治,在改善症状、缓解患者焦虑等方面具有显著优势,并取得良好的临床疗效。现整理刘兴山教授运用中医综合疗法治疗寒热错杂型慢性结肠炎伴脓血便验案1则。Chronic colitis refers to the unexplained and nonspecific chronic inflammation of the large intestine mucosa.Be⁃cause its colonoscopy images and pathological reports do not conform to the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis(UC),it is still inconclu⁃sive whether it belongs to the early mild UC,which limits the clinical medication to a certain extent.Chronic colitis,as a fre⁃quently-occurring and common disease,has a variety of clinical manifestations with different severity and the lingering course of disease seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Professor LIU Xingshan believes that the etiology of chronic colitis is com⁃plicated,with spleen deficiency and intestinal excess and mixed cold and heat as its important pathogenesis.Professor LIU Xings⁃han has rich experience in treating chronic colitis with bloody purulent stool by comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese med⁃icine(TCM).Oral traditional Chinese medicine can comprehensively regulate patients'physique.Enema therapy of TCM can di⁃rectly reach the disease site,take effect quickly and treat both internal and external diseases.It has obvious advantages in impro⁃ving symptoms and relieving patients'anxiety,and has achieved good clinical effect.Now,this paper summarized one proved case of Professor LIU Xingshan's application of comprehensive therapy of TCM treating chronic colitis of cold-heat mixed type with bloody purulent stool as follows.
