温胆汤对中青年高血压病的疗效及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨温胆汤对中青年高血压病的疗效及炎性因子的影响。方法 选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院收治的91例高血压病患者(2021年1月—2022年9月)的病历资料进行回顾性分析,按照治疗方法分为对照组45例和观察组46例。对照组予以富马酸比索洛尔片,观察组在对照组基础上联合温胆汤。比较两组患者疗效、血压水平、中医症状积分、炎性因子水平、血管紧张素水平以及不良反应发生率情况。结果 观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血压水平均有所改善,且观察组改善程度更优(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医症状积分均下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比,两组患者治疗后炎性因子水平以及血管紧张素水平均下降,观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 温胆汤可提高中青年高血压病的疗效,改善患者中医症状,降低炎性反应及血管紧张素水平,安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect of Wendan Decoction(温胆汤)on hypertension in young and middle-aged people and the effect of inflammatory factors.Methods The medical records of 91 patients with hypertension(2021.01-2022.09)in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were retrospectively analyzed.According to treatment methods,they were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(46 cases).The control group was giv⁃en bisoprolol fumarate tablet and the observation group was combined with Wendan Decoction on the basis of control group.The efficacy,blood pressure level,TCM symptoms score,inflammatory factor level,angiotensin level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure level of both groups was improved,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptoms scores of both groups were decreased,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the lev⁃els of inflammatory factors and angiotensin in two groups were decreased after treatment,and the decrease range was greater in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Wendan Decoction can improve the efficacy of hypertension in young and middle-aged patients,improve the TCM symptoms,reduce inflammation and angiotensin level,and it is safe and effective.
