基于下气汤之“中气升降”理论阐述治疗心系疾病的相关理论

摘　　要：下气汤出自清代黄元御《四圣心源》,以其“一气周流”理论为著,阐述脏腑气机运动之圆运动,重其脏腑气机之调畅,助其升降枢纽之运转,在心系疾病中痰浊、血瘀、寒凝等普遍被认为是以冠心病为主的心系疾病的主要病理因素,而“气机”理论尚未被重视,从中医学天人关系、生命规律、疾病机理、防治理念等方面来说,中医学离不开气的发展,基于此,现将以“下气汤”为主方的“中气升降”理论在气虚型早搏、房室传导阻滞、心衰等心系疾病的应用进行讨论,并从方剂溯源、中气升降理论以及对心系相关疾病的关联方面著此浅论,以期对后来学者在临床中应用此方有所裨益。Xiaqi Decoction(下气汤),written by HUANG Yuanyu in the Qing Dynasty,is based on the theory of"one qi circulation",which expounds the circular is based on the theory of"one qi circulation",which expounds the circular movement of the internal organs and Qi mechanism,focuses on the smooth regulation of the internal organs and Qi mechanism,and helps the operation of its lifting hub.In cardiac diseases,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and cold coagulation are generally considered to be the main pathological factors of cardiac diseases dominated by coronary heart disease,while the theory of"Qi mechanism"has not been paid attention to.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,the relationship between heaven and man,the law of life In terms of disease mechanism,prevention and treatment concept,traditional Chinese medicine is inseparable from the development of Qi.Based on this,the application of"Zhongqi rise and fall"theory with"Xiaqi Decoction"as the main for⁃mula in heart diseases such as Qi deficiency premature beats,atrioventricular block and heart failure is discussed,and this dis⁃cussion is made from the aspects of formula tracing,Zhongqi rise and fall theory and the correlation with heart related diseases,in order to be beneficial to the later scholars in the clinical application of this formula.
