摘　　要：目的 分析补阳还五汤联合血管内介入治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法 90例急性脑梗死患者于2019年1月—2022年1月收入医院。以随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组行血管内介入,试验组行补阳还五汤联合血管内介入治疗,每组45例。比较两组治疗效果。结果 试验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后FMA评分、Barthel指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05),NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在急性脑梗死患者治疗中采取补阳还五汤联合血管内介入治疗,可获得确切的效果,能够显著提升患者的治疗有效率,缓解其相关症状,改善其肢体运动能力,同时能够提升其生活自理能力,降低其神经功能缺损程度。Objective To analyze the effect of combining Buyang Huanwu Decoction(补阳还五汤)with endovascular inter⁃vention in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety patients with acute cerebral infarction were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2022.They were grouped by the random number table method and divided into the refer⁃ence group(intravascular intervention)and the experimental group(Buyang Huanwu Decoction)combined with intravascular in⁃tervention,with 45 cases in each group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The TCM evidence score after treatment was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the reference group(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score and Barthel index were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the reference group after treatment(P<0.05),and the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores were significantly lower than in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combining endovascular intervention with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can achieve exact results,which can significantly improve the treatment efficiency of patients,relieve the relat⁃ed symptoms,improve the limb movement ability,and at the same time can enhance the self-care ability and reduce the degree of the neurological deficits.
