摘  要:研究了应用于直写成型3D打印的低粘度、高固相氧化锆生物陶瓷浆料制备工艺,分析了分散剂含量和pH值对高固相氧化锆陶瓷浆料流变特性的影响,并对不同分散剂含量的陶瓷浆料的可打印性进行了分析。实验结果表明,分散剂聚丙烯酸钠含量为6%(质量分数)、pH值为8.5时,浆料的粘度低、固含量高、流动性好,满足直写成型工艺的要求且不易发生变形。坯体在1500℃烧结2 h后硬度为13.5 GPa,断裂韧性为4.2 MPa·m^(1/2),相对密度为97.7%。体外细胞毒性实验表明,义齿没有细胞毒性。与其他工艺相比,直写成型氧化锆生物陶瓷义齿可以满足人体口腔陶瓷义齿植入的物理和生物性能要求。In this study,the preparation process of ZrO_(2) bioceramic slurry with low viscosity and high solids loading for direct ink writing was studied,the effects of dispersant and pH on the rheological properties were investigated,and printability of ceramic slurries with different dispersant content were analyzed.The results show that zirconia ceramic slurries with 6%sodium polyacrylate and 8.5 pH exhibited suitable printability for direct ink writing.The green sample was sintered at 1500℃for 2 h,the Vickers hardness,relative density and the fracture toughness of ZrO_(2) bioceramic are 13.5 GPa,4.2 MPa·m^(1/2)and 97.7%,respectively.In vitro cell experiments showed that ZrO_(2) denture fabricated by direct ink writing have a good biocompatibility.Compared with other processes,it is found that ZrO_(2) bioceramics by direct ink writing can meet the physical and biological performance requirements of human oral ceramic denture implants.
