摘 要:目的:探究极低频电磁场治疗对创伤性颅脑损伤患者的神经保护作用及对血清电解质水平的影响。方法:选取80例创伤性颅脑损伤患者,根据治疗方法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组采用营养支持治疗,观察组在营养支持治疗基础上加用极低频电磁场治疗;测定治疗前和治疗1个月后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经肽Y(NPY)及Na^(+)、K^(+)、Cl^(-)水平,脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)、体感诱发电位(SEP)。结果:2组治疗后血清NSE、NPY水平均低于治疗前;且观察组效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组左、右耳BAEP的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ级波以及SEP的N13、N20、N13~N20波的潜伏期均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血清Na^(+)、Cl^(-)水平低于治疗前,K^(+)高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:极低频电磁场治疗对创伤性颅脑损伤患者有神经保护作用。Aim:To explore the neuroprotective effect of extremely low frequency electromagnetic field treatment on patients with traumatic brain injury and its effect on serum electrolyte level.Methods:A total of 80 patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly allocated into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group was treated with nutritional support,and the observation group was treated with extremely low frequency electromagnetic field on the basis of nutritional support.The levels of serum neuron specific enolase(NSE),neuropeptide Y(NPY),Na^(+),K^(+),Cl^(-)were detected before and 1 month after treatment.Brain stem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)and somatosensory evoked potential(SEP)of the 2 groups were also detected.Result:The levels of serum NSE and NPY in the 2 groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the latency of gradeⅠ,Ⅲ,Ⅴ,Ⅰ-ⅢandⅢ-Ⅴwaves of BAEP and N13,N20 and N13-N20 waves of SEP in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of Na^(+),Cl^(-) in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment,while K+was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The extremely low frequency electromagnetic field plays a positive role in protecting neurological function of patients with traumatic brain injury.
