低泡沫无印渍硬表面清洗剂配方的研究

摘　　要：研究了一种低泡沫无印渍清洗剂的配方。选用具有超级润湿与铺展作用的低泡表面活性剂脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE)作为清洗剂的主体成分,分析了清洗温度、清洗时间、FMEE以及助洗剂的用量等对清洗效果的影响。最终得到的低泡沫无印渍硬表面清洗剂的配方为:FMEE 10%,柠檬酸钠5%,无磷乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠5%,耦合剂M4005%,杀菌剂凯松0.1%,纯水74.9%。The formulation of a low foam cleaning agent without stain was studied.Fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates(FMEE),a low-foam surfactant with super wetting ability and spreading effect,was selected as the main component of the cleaning agent.The effects of cleaning temperature,cleaning time,FMEE dosage and the amount of detergent aid on the cleaning effect were analyzed.The formulations of the final low foam cleaning agent without stain for hard surface are:FMEE 10%,sodium citrate 5%,ethylenediamine dio-phenylacetic sodium acetate 5%,coupling agent M4005%,fungicide 0.1%,pure water 74.9%.
