摘  要:针对矸石山自燃产生大量有毒有害的CO、SO_(2)以及H_(2)S等气体,对矿区周围生态及居民健康造成严重威胁的问题,采用先打钻测温确定矸石山自燃区域的火源位置再进行注浆防灭火处理措施,通过分析距边坡不同深度钻孔的温度分布得出矸石山自燃区域火源位于距离边坡3 m深处,矸石山自燃区域发展规律为由自燃火源处向外侧边坡蔓延。在确定自燃火源位置的基础上,采用注浆防灭火措施对矸石山自燃灾害进行治理,注浆过程中先常压缓慢注入低浓度浆液,再带压注入高浓度浆液,最后对自燃区域表面喷洒浆液隔绝氧气。注浆完成后,矸石山高温区域逐渐降至常温,CO气体浓度逐渐减小并消失。通过连续的温度和气体监测表明,矸石山注浆能达到长期防灭火的目的,研究可为矸石山的自燃灾害治理提供参考。In view of the problem that the spontaneous combustion of gangue hill produces a large number of toxic and harmful gases such as CO,SO_(2) and H_(2)S,which pose a serious threat to the surrounding ecology and the health of residents in the mining area,drilling and temperature measurement are used to determine the location of the fire source in the spontaneous combustion area of the gangue hill,and then grouting is used to prevent and extinguishing the fire.The research results show that the temperature distribution of the boreholes at different depths from the slope indicates that the fire source in the spontaneous combustion area of the gangue hill is located at a depth of 3 m from the slope.The development law of the spontaneous combustion area of the gangue hill is that the spontaneous combustion source spreads towards the outer slope.On the basis of determining the location of the spontaneous combustion source,grouting fire prevention and extinguishing measures are adopted to control the spontaneous combustion disaster of the gangue hill.During the grouting process,low concentration slurry is slowly injected under normal pressure,and then high concentration slurry is injected under pressure.Finally,the surface of the spontaneous combustion area is sprayed with slurry to isolate oxygen.After the completion of grouting,the high temperature area of the gangue hill gradually drops to normal temperature,and the concentration of CO gas gradually decreases and disappears.Continuous temperature and gas monitoring shows that the gangue hill grouting can achieve the goal of long-term fire prevention and extinguishing.The research conclusion provides reference for the management of spontaneous combustion disasters in gangue hills.
