摘  要:煤仓稳定性对整个矿井的高效生产至关重要。提出了一种离散元和有限元相结合的技术分析方法,用于研究不同储煤量对煤仓围岩稳定性的影响。首先,使用离散元仿真分析提取了散体煤块颗粒作用于仓壁的应力数据;然后,将这些节点应力数据重新加载到有限元仿真分析中的煤仓壁对应节点,从而实现了煤仓储煤量分布应力对煤仓围岩稳定性的分析。研究结果表明,在煤仓满载时,底部料斗连接处水平位移较大;此外,随着储量的增加,垂直位移也不断增加。该研究提供了煤仓设计施工的指导,并为散体颗粒应力表征和重加载的研究提供了新思路。The stability of coal silos is crucial for efficient production in the entire mine.This article proposed a combined discrete element and finite element analysis technique for studying the effect of different coal storage levels on the stability of the coal silos surrounding rock.First,the stress data of coal particles acting on the coal silos wall were extracted by using discrete element simulation analysis.Then,these node stress data were reloaded into the corresponding nodes of the silo wall in the finite element simulation analysis,thus realizing the analysis of the stress distribution of coal silo storage capacity on the stability of the surrounding rock.The research results show that when the coal silo is fully loaded,the horizontal displacement at the bottom of the hopper connection is larger.In addition,as the storage capacity increases,the vertical displacement also increases continuously.This study provides guidance for the design and construction of coal silos and offers new ideas for the characterization of stress in granular particles and stress reloading.
