摘 要:煤炭资源清洁高效利用是实现国家“双碳目标”的有效途径。通过对陕西陕北侏罗纪煤田曹家滩煤矿采集样品煤质数据的综合分析,探讨了该矿煤质特性及清洁利用途径。研究结果表明,研究区主采煤层属特低—低灰分、中高—高挥发分、特低—低硫、特高热值的长焰煤和不黏煤,砷、氯、氟、磷有害元素含量属低—特低,热稳定性好,可选性属易选煤。参照不同用途煤质的评价指标对曹家滩煤矿主采煤层的煤质进行了分级评价。结果显示,曹家滩煤矿各主采煤层可以作为优质动力用煤、煤制兰炭用煤、煤制焦油用煤及气化用煤的优选矿区;各煤层大部分区域为Ⅰ级动力用煤,部分为Ⅱ级动力用煤;各煤层部分区域为Ⅰ级兰炭用煤,大部分为Ⅱ、Ⅲ级兰炭用煤,仅有部分区域不可用于兰炭用煤;各煤层大部分区域为Ⅰ级煤制焦油用煤,小部分区域为Ⅱ级煤制焦油用煤;各煤层的大部分区域可以应用于气流床气化用煤和固定床气化用煤,但是受煤对二氧化碳反应性指标的制约均不能应用于流化床气化用煤;各煤层的全部区域可以用于固定床气化用煤。研究可为曹家滩煤矿煤炭资源的清洁、高效的利用提供指导。Clean and efficient utilization of coal resources is an effective way to achieve the national"double carbon target".Based on the comprehensive analysis of the coal quality data collected from Caojiatan Coal Mine in the Jurassic coalfield of northern Shaanxi,the coal quality characteristics and the clean utilization approach of the mine are discussed.The research results show that the main coal seams in the study area are long flame coal and non caking coal with ultra-low-low ash content,medium high-high volatile content,ultra-low-low sulfur,ultra-high calorific value.The content of harmful elements of arsenic,chlorine,fluorine and phosphorus is low-ultra-low,with good thermal stability and easy washability.According to the evaluation indexes of coal quality for different purposes,the coal quality of the main coal seams in Caojiatan Coal Mine is classified and evaluated.The results show that the main coal seams of Caojiatan Coal Mine can be used as the preferred mining areas for high-quality power coal,coal for semi coke production,coal for tar production and coal for gasification.Most of the coal seams are gradeⅠpower coal,and some are gradeⅡpower coal;some areas of each coal seam are classⅠsemi coke coal,most of which are classⅡandⅢsemi coke coal,and only some areas cannot be used for semi coke coal;most of the coal seams are classⅠcoal for tar production,and a small part are classⅡcoal for tar production;most of the coal seams can be used for entrained flow gasification and fixed bed gasification,but they cannot be used for fluidized bed gasification due to the limitation of the reactivity index of coal to carbon dioxide.All areas of each coal seam can be used for fixed bed gasification.The research results can provide guidance for the clean and efficient utilization of coal resources in Caojiatan Coal Mine.
