摘 要:以上海市常见的绿化树种香樟木的枝叶为代表,研究了绿化垃圾与污泥的混合比例、热解温度以及发酵对热解炭性能的影响。研究发现,随着热解温度的升高,热解炭的产率逐渐降低,比表面积逐渐增大,表面官能团逐渐减少。发酵后热解炭产率高于未发酵的热解炭,比表面积增加,表面官能团出现了脂肪性—CH_(3)和—CH的不对称伸缩振动峰,并且污泥在与香樟木枝叶充分发酵后,热解炭对于污泥的附着能力提升。随着绿化垃圾比例的增加,热解炭的产率逐渐降低,比表面积以及孔隙数量逐渐增加。Taking cinnamomum camphora branches and leaves,a common greening tree specie in Shanghai,as the research object,the effects of the mixing ratio of greening waste and sludge,pyrolysis temperature and fermentation on the performance of pyrolytic carbon were studied.It was found that with the increase of pyrolysis temperature,the yield of pyrolytic carbon gradually decreased,the specific surface area gradually increased,and the surface functional groups gradually decreased.After fermentation,the yield of pyrolytic carbon is higher than that of unfermented pyrolytic carbon,and the specific surface area is increased.The surface functional groups appear an asymmetric stretching vibration peak of fatty—CH_(3) and—CH,and after the sludge is fully fermented with camphor wood branches and leaves,the adhesion ability of pyrolytic carbon to sludge is significantly improved.With the increase of the proportion of green waste,the yield of pyrolytic carbon decreases gradually,and the specific surface area and the number of pores increase gradually.
