摘　　要：榆树岭煤矿煤质为气煤和1/3焦煤,原设计建设无配套选煤厂,矿井提煤处理采用筛分、破碎工艺,+50 mm粒度级经TDS智能干选机排矸后破碎,与-50 mm粒度级混合对外销售,产品结构单一,不能充分发挥炼焦煤资源优势,更不能满足周边化工、煤焦化、火电厂建设和疆内外经济社会发展对煤炭日益增加的需求。为此,对榆树岭煤矿煤源煤质资料进行分析,研究洗选加工工艺,确定产品结构和市场定位,进行综合效益预测,最终选择建设配套选煤厂采用“不脱泥无压三产品重介旋流器分选+粗煤泥回收+细煤泥浮选+尾煤浓缩压滤”的联合生产工艺流程,项目实施后可提高煤炭产品质量、综合售价,拓展商品煤销售渠道,增加企业经济效益,提高稀缺煤种的综合利用率。The coal quality of Yushuling Coal Mine is gas coal and 1/3 coking coal.The original design and construction did not have a supporting coal preparation plant,and the coal extraction treatment in the mine adopts screening and crushing processes,+50 mm particle size class is crushed after being discharged by TDS intelligent dry separator,and mixed with-50 mm particle size class for direct external sales.The product structure is single,which can not give full play to the advantages of coking coal resources,nor can it meet the surrounding chemical industry,coal coking,the construction of thermal power plants and the economic and social development inside and outside Xinjiang have an increasing demand for coal.Therefore,based on the analysis of the coal quality data of Yushuling coal mine,the washing and processing technology is studied,the product structure and market positioning are determined,and the comprehensive benefit prediction is carried out.Finally,the construction of supporting coal preparation plant is determined to adopt the joint process of"non desliming and non pressure three product dense medium cyclone separation+coarse slime recovery+fine slime flotation+tail coal concentration and pressure filtration".After the implementation of the project,the quality and comprehensive price of coal products can be improved,the sales channels of commercial coal can be expanded,the economic benefits of enterprises can be increased,and the comprehensive utilization rate of scarce coal can be improved.
