摘  要:以煤矿主斜井带式输送机为研究对象,介绍一种煤矿带式输送机变频调速节能控制系统设计方案。此系统主要分为检测单元、控制单元以及执行单元3部分结构,系统主要装置包括PLC节能控制装置和变频调速装置。系统设计主体包括主斜井带式输送机选型、主斜井带式输送机电气监控系统以及主斜井带式输送机PLC控制软件等。完成相关系统模块设计后,将系统应用于煤矿主斜井带式输送机具体控制过程中,从运输效率、电气节能、机械损耗、社会效益等方面分析煤矿带式输送机变频调速节能控制系统应用成效,确认系统应用价值。最终判断此系统设计具有较强可行性,可在后续设计中进行参考和应用。Taking the belt conveyor of the main inclined shaft of a coal mine as the research object,a design scheme of frequency conversion speed regulation and energy-saving control system for coal mine belt conveyor was introduced.This system is mainly divided into three parts of the structure of detection unit,control unit and execution unit,and the main equipment of the system includes PLC energy-saving control device and frequency conversion speed regulation device.The main body of system design includes the selection of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor,the electrical monitoring system of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor,and the PLC control software of the main inclined shaft belt conveyor.After completing the design of the relevant system modules,the system was applied to the specific control process of the belt conveyor in the main inclined shaft of a coal mine,and the application effect of the frequency conversion speed regulation and energy-saving control system of the coal mine belt conveyor was analyzed from the aspects of transportation efficiency,electrical energy-saving,mechanical loss,and social benefit,and the application value of the system was confirmed.In the end,it was judged that this system design has strong feasibility and can be referenced and applied in subsequent designs.
