摘  要:智能化掘进对煤矿企业安全、高效、稳定发展具有重要意义。根据赵家寨煤矿三软厚煤层实际生产条件,对三软煤层巷道掘进工艺进行简要介绍,并分析得到原有工艺下存在人工定位安全性低和以点代面(采用巷道某位置的围岩条件及应力环境)进行支护方案设计的工程现状。基于智能掘进技术的理论思想,设计了三软煤层巷道智能化掘进系统,包括控制系统、截割系统和支护系统。根据巷道设计参数及实际实时监测前方巷道围岩性质,并将监测数据上传智能巷道围岩智能控制系统(采用理论计算、数值分析等传统手段,实时确定掘进位置处围岩变形速度及最终变形量),确定合理巷道支护方式,实现三软煤层巷道掘进过程的安全、高效、合理、经济。Intelligent tunneling is of great significance to the safe,efficient and stable development of coal mining enterprises.According to the actual production conditions of the"Three Soft"thick coal seam in Zhaojiazhai Coal Mine,this paper briefly introduced the roadway excavation technology in the"Three Soft"coal seam,and analyzed the existing problems of manual positioning and low safety under the original technology,as well as the engineering status quo of supporting scheme design with point instead of face(using the surrounding rock conditions and stress environment at a certain location of the roadway).This paper designs an intelligent tunneling system for"Three Soft"coal seams based on the theoretical idea of intelligent tunneling technology,including control system,cutting system and support system.The intelligent supporting system for the roadway monitors the properties of the surrounding rock in front of the roadway in real-time based on the design parameters and actual conditions of the roadway,and uploads the monitoring data to the intelligent control system for the surrounding rock in the roadway(using traditional methods such as theoretical calculation and numerical analysis to determine the deformation speed and final deformation amount of the surrounding rock at the excavation position in real time),determines a reasonable roadway supporting method,and realizes the safe,efficient,reasonable,and economical excavation process of the"Three Soft"coal seam roadway.
