摘  要:工作面超前段的安全高效支护一直是矿井巷道围岩控制的重点,根据研究区地质情况,采用FLAC^(3D)建立数值模型,分析了不同位置条件下巷道围岩的塑性变化、应力分布以及位移变化。研究得出,随着巷道的不断开挖,回采巷道围岩应力得到重新分布,塑性区主要分布于底板和巷帮顶角处,工作帮破坏深度大于非工作帮的非对称破坏;伴随着巷道的推进,采动影响范围逐渐向工作面推进方向传递,回采巷道出现了应力增高区和应力降低区。其中,超前支承压力影响范围为40 m,该区域为主动式超前支护的主要作用对象;回采巷道围岩也发生了显著变形,巷道底鼓量达到0.1~0.2 m,并且,巷道非工作帮巷道变形小于工作帮。最后,进行了超前支护可行性分析,分析了回采过程中可能存在的矿井水害和瓦斯爆炸等安全隐患,提出了针对性的安全保障技术措施和风险控制方法,该主动式超前支护回采在煤矿安全生产方面是有保障的、可行的。研究为某煤矿回采巷道主动式超前支护控制提供了理论依据。The safe and efficient supporting of the front section of the working face has always been the key point of the surrounding rock control of the mine roadway.This paper used FLAC^(3D) numerical simulation software to establish a numerical model according to the geological conditions of the study area,and analyzed the plastic changes,stress distribution and displacement changes of the surrounding rock of the roadway under different location conditions.The study shows that with the continuous excavation of the roadway,the surrounding rock stress of the entry is redistributed,the plastic zone is mainly distributed in the floor and the top corner of the roadway side,and the failure depth of the working slope is greater than the asymmetric failure of the non working slope.Along with the recommendation of the roadway,the mining influence area is gradually transferred to the advancing direction of the working face,and there are stress increasing areas and stress reducing areas in the entry,among which the influence area of the advance bearing pressure is 40 m,which is the main object of active advance timbering.The surrounding rock of the entry has also undergone significant deformation,with the floor heave of the roadway reaching 0.1~0.2 m,and the deformation of the non working slope roadway is smaller than the working slope roadway.Finally,the feasibility analysis of advance timbering was carried out,the potential safety hazards such as mine water hazard and gas explosion that may exist in the mining were analyzed,and the targeted safety assurance technical measures and risk control methods were proposed.The active advance timbering mining is guaranteed in terms of coal mine safety production,which is completely feasible.The research provides a theoretical basis for the active advance timbering control of the entry in a coal mine.
