摘  要:为解决大倾角极近煤层群大跨度切眼支护难题,以潘二矿潘四东井11215工作面切眼为工程背景,基于普氏理论与改进的全冒落拱高度计算方法得出可能的冒落高度分别为3.64 m和4.04 m,并采用钻孔窥视的方法进行了顶板岩性分布特征探测。据此提出了切眼梯级全锚索支护技术,并分析了其支护机理:应用4.5 m短锚索加长锚固预紧力损失率较低的特性,大幅提高支护结构早期支护强度与刚度,控制岩层离层、错动及新裂隙的产生;应用8.2 m加长锚索,利用其自由段弹性变形,与顶板变形释放相耦合;应用9.2 m超长组合锚索,建立浅部支护与深部锚固的力学联系,结合单体顺山棚被动支护实现切眼顶板支护安全保障。研究提出了切眼梯级全锚索支护技术方案,并采用数值模拟、矿压观测等方法进行了支护效果评价,结果表明,采用梯级全锚索支护技术能够有效控制大倾角极近煤层群大跨度切眼的围岩变形,满足了11215工作面切眼的正常使用要求。In order to solve the problem of large-span open-off cut supporting for coal seam groups with large dip angle and close proximity,taking the open-off cut of No.11215 working face of Pansi East Well of Pan′er Coal Mine as the engineering background,based on Proctor′s theory and the improved calculation method of the height of full caving arch,the possible caving heights are 3.64 m and 4.04 m respectively,and the method of drilling peep is used to detect the roof lithology distribution characteristics.Based on this,a open-off cut step full anchor cable supporting technology was proposed,and its supporting mechanism was analyzed.The characteristic of using a 4.5 m short anchor cable to lengthen the anchor pre tension loss rate was low,greatly improving the early supporting strength and stiffness of the supporting structure,and controlling the formation of rock layers,dislocations,and new cracks.Apply a 8.2 m long anchor cable,utilizing its free elastic deformation to couple with the release of roof deformation.Apply a 9.2 m overlong composite anchor cable to establish the mechanical connection between shallow supporting and deep anchoring,and combine it with passive supporting along the mountain shed to achieve supporting safety assurance.The research proposed a full anchor cable supporting technology scheme for open-off cut,and evaluated the supporting effect using numerical simulation,mine pressure observation,and other methods.The results showed that the use of full anchor cable supporting technology can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the large-span open-off cut in coal seam groups with large dip angle and close proximity,meeting the normal use requirements of No.11215 working face open-off cut.
