摘 要:长平煤矿采用锚索工字钢提前补强替代单体柱架棚支护,在工作面回采巷道超前支护段实现主动支护,来解决单体柱架棚影响行人空间、单体柱回柱困难生产效率低的问题。为了验证“加强锚索工字钢超前支护”替代单体支柱及(液压)支架的支护形式方式否达到支护要求,对其支护强度校核和可行性进行了研究,建立了单侧采空区及实体煤2种巷道条件下围岩稳定性控制力学模型,计算并校核了采用锚索加工字钢进行主动超前支护的支护强度,得出,53021巷超前支护控制所需支护力应为4.33 MN,采用锚索工字钢对超前支护区域进行补强支护后,支护力可达到6.65 MN,满足顶板控制的强度要求。根据长平煤矿现场实际情况,在掌握超前段围岩赋存特征基础上,分析了工作面过围岩破碎区的安全隐患,提出了安全保障技术措施,得到了合理可靠的隐患控制思路,工作面过围岩破碎区从技术和安全方面是有保障的。研究为长平煤矿回采巷道主动式超前支护控制提供了理论依据。Changping Coal Mine adopts anchor cable I-beam reinforcement in advance to replace single column shed supporting,achieving active supporting in the advance timbering section of the entry at the working face,to solve the problems of single column shed affecting pedestrian space and difficult production efficiency of single column shed supporting.In order to verify whether the supporting form of"strengthening anchor cable I-steel advance timbering"instead of single prop and(hydraulic)supporting can meet the supporting requirements,this paper studies its supporting strength check and feasibility,establishes the mechanical model of surrounding rock stability control under the conditions of single side goaf and solid coal roadway,calculates and checks the supporting strength of active advance timbering with anchor cable processing I-steel,and concludes that the required supporting force for advance timbering control in lane 53021 should be 4.33 MN,after using anchor I-beam to reinforce and support the advanced timbering area,the supporting force can reach 6.65 MN,meeting the strength requirements for roof control.Based on the actual situation of Changping Coal Mine site and the understanding of the occurrence characteristics of the surrounding rock in the front section,the safety hazards of the working face passing through the surrounding rock fracture area were analyzed,and safety assurance technical measures were proposed.A reasonable and reliable risk control concept was obtained.The technical and safety aspects of the working face passing through the surrounding rock fracture area are guaranteed.The research provides a theoretical basis for the active advanced timbering control of the entry in Changping Coal Mine.
