摘 要:针对某黄金矿山缓倾斜中厚矿体采用房柱采矿法开采过程中存在的生产能力低、工人劳动强度大、作业安全性差等问题,根据矿体的赋存条件,分析并确定了双进路分段空场采矿法配合遥控铲运机的开采工艺。现场工程应用结果表明:该工艺结合中深孔爆破技术,解决了该矿山缓倾斜中厚矿体的开采技术难题,生产能力较房柱采矿法开采提高了一倍以上,并成功解决了采场安全性差和采矿损失贫化大等问题,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益,可供同类型矿山参考借鉴。In response to the issues of low production capacity,high labor intensity,and poor operational safety in the process of mining for medium-thick ore bodies in a certain mine with a gentle dip,an extraction method combining sublevel open-stope mining with remote-controlled scooptrams was analyzed and determined based on the occurrence conditions of the ore body.The on-site engineering application results show that this method,combined with medium-long hole blasting technology,solves the technical difficulties in mining the medium-thick ore body in the gently dipping mine.The production capacity is more than doubled compared to the room-and-pillar mining method.It successfully addresses the issues of poor operational safety in the mining area and a large loss of ore dilution,demonstrating favorable economic and social benefits.This method can serve as a reference for similar mines.
