摘  要:针对氨水蒸发器和氨水气化炉2种氨水蒸发设备,基于热平衡方程,计算能源介质耗量,进而给出氨气产出成本和能源介质的碳排放量计算方法。结合具体项目,对2种氨水蒸发设备进行了较为详细的比选分析,结果表明,在项目有可利用的外排热烟气的前提下,氨水气化炉较氨水蒸发器有成本优势,总碳排放量更低,所采取的比选计算方法可供同类项目借鉴。In this paper,for ammonia evaporator and ammonia gasifier,we calculated the energy medium consump-tion based on the heat balance equation,and then gave the calculation method of ammonia output cost and carbon emi ssion of energy medium.Combined with specific projects,a detailed comparison and analysis of two types of ammonia evaporation equipment was conducted.The results show that under the premise of available external exhaust gas,the ammonia gasifier has a cost advantage over the ammonia evaporator,and the total carbon emissions are lower.The comparison calculation method adopted in this article can be used for reference for similar projects.
