摘 要:为提高废弃玻璃在混凝土中的利用率,将废弃平板玻璃破碎筛分后分别采用4种不同的替代方式(编号为B、Z、S、G)替代天然骨料制备混凝土,试验研究了不同替代方式及替代量与混凝土工作性能及28 d抗压强度之间的规律性。结果表明:玻璃骨料可替代天然砂石骨料制备混凝土且满足强度等级(C30),最高替代量可达50%;不同的替代方式与替代量对混凝土坍落度及抗压强度的改善效果不同;对坍落度替代方式优劣依次为B、Z、G、S,对抗压强度,替代方式优劣依次为S、Z、B、G。To improve the utilization rate of waste glass in concrete,four different alternative methods(numbered B,Z,S,G)were used to replace natural aggregates to prepare concrete after crushing and screening the waste flat glass,and different alternative methods were studied.And the regularity between the replacement quantity and the concrete work performance and 28 d compressive strength.The results show that glass aggregate can replace natural sand and gravel aggregate to prepare concrete and meet the strength level(C30),and the maximum substitution amount can reach50%.Different substitution methods and substitution amounts can improve the slump and compressive strength of concrete different.For slump,the advantages and disadvantages of alternative methods are B,Z,G,S,for the compressive strength,and the advantages and disadvantages of alternative methods are S,Z,B,G.
